Congratulations to Scott Versace, Values in Action Winner

We’re delighted to announce that Scott Versace, SENCO, Transition and Careers Lead at Hamilton School, has been recognised by Maiden Erlegh Trust as our Values in Action winner for Be Inclusive.

Scott’s nomination reflects his commitment to understanding and supporting every young person as an individual. His work is rooted in curiosity, care and a determination to look beyond the surface — helping colleagues build a fuller picture of each student and respond in a way that meets their needs.

🔹 Scott shared:

“I feel honoured and humbled to receive this recognition and to read the feedback from my nominating colleagues. The Hamilton team make it easy to Be Inclusive, thanks to their consistent, encouraging support, and their tireless efforts to guide each and every young person in our care.”

Scott’s approach centres on taking the time to understand each young person, recognising that meaningful support comes from seeing the whole picture. This mindset underpins his work across inclusion, transition and careers, and supports students to move forward with confidence.

👏 Thank you, Scott, for your care, insight and commitment to every young person.
