“I am absolutely delighted to have won a Values in Action award. I’m incredibly grateful to have my efforts recognised in this way. I truly enjoy working at JRS, and it’s especially rewarding to feel valued as part of such a great team.”

Her motivation comes from the people she works with and the role she plays in supporting them:

“I am lucky enough that my colleagues have also become great friends, so it always a pleasure to come into work. I get great satisfaction from helping people and problem solving, which is a large part of my job.”
