Fantastic day of CPD at the inaugural Staff Conference day on Wednesday 29 January
On Wednesday 29 January, Maiden Erlegh Trust held their first all staff conference. It was an exceptional day of CPD with an inspiring presentation from our keynote speaker, Kevin Green (What's Next Consultancy), for the 400 support and teaching staff who attended the event from all schools across the Trust.
The breakout sessions that followed were delivered by colleagues, for colleagues, on a broad range of topics from HR to Metacognition. The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive so a HUGE thank you to all the staff that contributed and made the day such a success.
