Attendance Administrator

  • 15 hours per week (TTO + 2 Inset)
  • Grade 3 SP5 (£7,380)

We are now looking for an Attendance Administrator at Maiden Erlegh School.

The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Keeping accurate records of attendance
  • Making first day absence telephone calls/ emails or text messages according to the school’s Attendance Policy
  • Developing close working relationships with all Head of Years to ensure seamless flow of information and knowledge on all aspects of attendance
  • To assist with other admin tasks as required

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience of working in a school environment (desirable, not essential)
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – with a high level of skills in Excel
  • Solution focused
  • Great communication skills
