Inclusion Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate administrator to work in our Inclusion team at Maiden Erlegh School.

Day to day responsibilities will be varied but will include:

  • Providing a full range of administrative support, including confidential issues to the SENCO and Special Needs Department.
  • To provide administrative support, including confidential issues for the Pastoral and Inclusion team.
  • Liaise with teachers on sensitive issues for particular pupils.
  • Establishing good relationships and acting as a role model

  • Have highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Have the ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Be able to identify stakeholders’ needs quickly and deal with queries
  • Understand that reliability, tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and sensitivity are paramount to this post
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
  • Be a hard worker
  • Want to and be part of a really supportive Inclusion team
