General Helplines

Childline is a free 24 hour counselling service for children and young people provided by the NSPCC. Common issues they deal with are: child abuse, bullying, family separation, domestic abuse.


The Samaritans website is dedicated to helping prevent suicide and has information on how to get help and the warning signs.
